2019 Levo not turning on which I have found out via my LBS is due to a dead battery.
As its over 2 years old its out of warranty so I have to pay for a replacement.
It would appear that the only replacement is a 700kwh battery which they will let me have for just under £800, discount of 35%.
Bit miffed to say the least having to pay anything especially with only 2k miles on the clock.
Certainly not blaming the LBS which have been supportive, they can only do what Specialized tell them.
Okay, I get a bigger battery for less than the retail price, but its still a lot of unexpected money to spend.
Not sure where I stand being charged for a 700kwh battery as they no longer seem to stock the 500kwh..
If they had the 500 battery I would also get the 35% discount.
Anybody else had similar battery issues,
Thanks
