Made myself a stand to slip into the crank out of some steel tube i had laying around the workshop. Heated up the bends to give it a bit of colour and will clear coat it, put a bit of heat shrink over the axle pop some tube closers in the legs and Bob's your uncle.

Thats cool(y)
I hacked up one for a regular bike to make it strong enough for an eebs. Its nice to be able to turn the pedals to lube the chain etc.

Pics as promised.....
I had to beef up where the feet meet the stand as it kept bending with the extra weight of the eebs. One of the feet snapped off too so I welded it back on and added some extra to the other side.
Thought I might need to extend the feet to go further under the bike but once the flex had been taken away with the strengthening it has been fine.
Like I said not pretty, just functional.

What diameter is the bb spindle on the stand? I got one of the Shimano BB stands but it’s too thick to go through the steps BB, so I need to mod it
