Bike cover for roof rack

I am using a Thule UpRide to bring my E-mtb around by car and I am wondering if anybody has any idea about what is the best way to protect the bike (especially if it's raining) while going on highway.

I contacted a couple of brands (TeamObsidian and Dirtlej) and researched online but apparently I could not find any cover suitable to be used on the roof rack...

Any idea?

Is the bike made of sugar. If you get it dirty and it rains on the way home the rain will wash it for you.
