Bigger rotor - 220 - correct caliper?

Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC Race

Looking to put some bigger rotors on at some point.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the correct caliper mount? I think it might be 180 to 203 but not sure?

Looking for a caliper mount to 220.

it's 180 on the frame (no brackets) i ordered SM-MA-F220P from shimano
