We were just looking at this in some depth on discord and It looks like a "outside source" as that don't come from a battery going up.

It's like a small mushroom just befor the cells are seen going off.

PS: Similar story to New Orleans happened in Germany before Christmas, when a guy drove with his rental car through the crowds at a Christmas Market, what also should have been prevented by physical road blockades. 5 people killed, about 200 injured.

In Australia its a full take over plan , Sydney and Melbourne are pretty much run by middle eastern crime gangs , everyday people have their businesses or houses burned down , lots of shootings/executions if they are crossed or even run a business that they are running . Its very rare for the police[and media] to get involved or arrest anyone because of the repercussions or escalate the war .They have even managed to recruit indigenous people to their side.
