Best brake pads for Shimano XT BR-M8120

Hi all, what do you suggest for replacement brake pads? I’ve just bought a ice-tech rotor as I’ve damaged the original rotor on my stereo 140 so w I do like the get the best out of the new rotor. Thanks in advance

I've had good results with Galfer also. However, I have just bought new EBC pads for my Magura MT5s and they have been outstanding. Super fast bed in, noticeable improvement in power and lasting really well.

I use Uberbike Components brake pads for my Shimano Deore XT BR M8020 4 pot brakes and find them reasonably priced, and they last ages, & are extremely quiet with plenty of power and good modulation. I bought one pair to try and then bought a set of 4 pairs which works out a bit cheaper.
I know your M8120’s are the newer model brakes, but may take the same size pads as mine.
