BES3 Power port activation

Good day everyone.

I have installed a track & trace system in the red-yellow power port on the Bosch motor. It’s a Cube Touring Hybrid EXC 2023 with BES3. Does anyone know if this port on can be activated quickly from the dealer or if they need to submit a request to Bosch?
Also, if anyone with access to Bosch dealer software knows this or wants to try for a fee let me know. You can PM me!

The AUX power port needs to be activated, which any Bosch bike service should be able to do in less then a minute.

I thought so too, but there isn’t a dealer close to me so I called ahead of time. And they told me maybe it can be activated within a minute or maybe they need to request a change from Bosch which will take days (because of the holidays)

Bosch is not needed for the power port activation.. And Cube is not known for limiting any port activation on their bikes.

Still looking if anyone has access to dealer software and knows it’s possible to do this remotely! Will pay of course!!

On my 2024 Moustache, the option to switch on the power port was greyed out when my local Bosch agent went to switch it on, is this something Moustache can amend remotely - what's the process.

I had my port activated by a dealer after I moved. They did something similar for a riese & muller, the button to switch the “High power port” was also greyed out. For activation they need to submit a ‘configuration request’ to bosch and manufacturer. Takes a day or 2 usually, it needs to be confirmed manually by Bosch. Your bike is unusable until the new configuration is uploaded.
