Battery Stopped Charging - Fathom PRo

Anyone know if you can reset a battery? Mine from Fathom is no longer charging. It's like the Battery Management System is fried. Put it on charger (either on or off bike) and the red light stays on, no flashing green light to say charging. Only 1 month old, but shop so busy looking for past experience?

I think the shimano batteries can. The internal battery has a switch down near the terminals. Good luck.

Does the bike power up? And if so can you connect the app to it and run a scan?

Oh, I no longer think like a trouble shooter It would also be good if you could try a different charger, just in case. Are you able to do that? The bike shop where you got it from? Also, try a different power point or direct to a power point if you're using a power board or extension lead.

Yep have two chargers same on both.

try the other power point, not via a board if you can. I have experienced a dodgy board and a dodgy power point while troubleshooting computer faults.
