Battery removal ??

I was told it’s a good idea to remove battery from my levo 2022 model, apparently cold cold weather is not good for a battery being stored in an outside shed when the bike is not in use??
how many riders takes there batteries of off there bikes in the cold Winter months??
Also how difficult is it taking a batter off storing it in a warm house if you’re not riding for a few weeks??

If storing bike for long duration, I run the battery down to circa 50%
I work away and bike is left for weeks at a time, on return fully charge and so far no issues with Battery, many charge cycles and still holding 100% health

Unplug the charge port a single bolt secures battery, then slide out, you’d need the height to allow slide out, other wise turn bike upside down

I keep my Levo in a unheated garage, and for the winter months, wrap a small electrically heated blanket (the type used for pampered pets for their beds) around the down tube (leaving the battery in situ).
