Levo Gen 2 Battery pack broken ?

Hello all. I am puzzled. My 2 weeks old 2019 LEVO Carbon Expert leftover has 700Wh battery with 4 cycles now - and shows it’s broken... a different screen says it’s charged and 100% healthy... truth is last ride I finished with 7% and app showed only 460Wh of energy used ... eh?

Hmm... don’t know what changed except of me making fajita dinner but when I came to the bike now it shows all’s good ?

Hi @crbnred - puzzling indeed. Your Levo does store these events in the memory on the TCU and either retailers can see these when they physically connect - or you can choose to upload the log remotely so that we/your retailer can then analyse remotely. Could you go to Diagnose - Advanced Diagnostic - Send report? I'll PM you and if you're willing to send me your serial number we'll check here to see what could be going on.
