Other Battery not ejecting and then.....

I love my brand new Tero X 5.0. But if there is one criticism it is the location of the battery. And the possibility of damage. More on that later. But the battery has been coming out fine. Pulling the spring loaded lever just releases it slightly. But this evening it would not eject it. So I waggled it a few times. And horror of horrors the battery fell out hitting the concrete paved floor. Once the screaming in my head died down I feverishly looked it over before picking it up and putting it back in the bike. And quickly switching it on to see if it still worked which it did. But yet again it wouldnt eject and I had to waggle the lever to get it to move enough to get my finger tips in to pull it out. Im so paranoid now though. Just to add there are just a couple of nicks in the paint. And it seemed fine when I hooked it up to the charger. But im very peed off right now.
