Answered Battery~Charger issue.

Hi I have a Raleigh Motus that was bought ealier in the year.It has had 1 charge since new(I bought it but didn't like the ride,I never charged it myself)and it has been sitting in my shed for 3 months approx.Bosch motor with 300 powerpak and purion.Left showing 3 bars.I went to sell it tonight and showed the new owner how to remove the battery,replaced it and abrcadabra nothing now,not a peep.....Battery tested across -/+ = nothing.But the charger also reading nothing across the same.Tried battery reset.Thanks.

Found the issue a popped capacitor ,just above the blue round diode in pic 1 and a close up in pic 2.

Yes at least I know what it is.I'll look for a replacement battery if I can't indetify the blown component.
