Battery charger and connector question ❓

Hi folks could someone please check their battery charger and connector on their Gen 3 700wh battery,

Is it supposed to have one brass pin in the battery charger and three in the battery connector on the battery,

My bike won't turn on after charging so I'm worried one of the brass pins has broken, see pics ,

My charger and battery connector are the same than yours! Do you have the mastermind TCU? If yes, look in the manual. The battery in the mastermind TCU could be empty. You can charge it with a USB-C cable.

I take it you have to remove it to charge, do you leave it connected to the bike or remove the mastermind completely??

I don‘t have the mastermind TCU, but i think the manual didn‘t say to disconnect it from the bike.

This is the error I get on my TCU when I plug in to charge

It's working now, gave the connectors a good clean and hey presto it fired into life
