Axle i cannot get loose

I ha e a Scott egenius 730 plus and me and my friend tryed to remove the axle in this pictures. It mooves freely (it spins around) but we. Cannot get it off the bike!?

We tryed everything...anyone iwth any suggestions?

Assuming the axle is as per the part circled in your photo...and assuming the the hex nut circled has been removed from the non drive side it would then suggest the axle is drifted or pressed out..........ie press or drift appled on the non drive side and the axle drifted out the drive side. No doubt the bearing on the drive side will collapse since it looks completely shot!
The bearings can then be pressed or drifted out.
You need to remove the rear wheel and rear shock to take all pressure of the rear triangle first.

Soak it in crc/wd40/croil.
Then punch/press out.
It's probably stuck due to grit and corrosion build up.

Not sure how much elbow grease to apply? Go to where you are comfortable.

Then take it too the bike shop if you fail.

For that I would get some screwed rod put so suitably sized washers and nuts on it and get a socket on the other side to face against the frame and a nut and washer on the rod and and tighten to pull
