Arizona Saddle Rider is back!

I have been part of the Luna ran forum in the past and an ebike rider since 2012 when I found a German made EGO mid drive kit. My wife and I both purchased Levos back in 2020 and love them both but in 2023 I got in a bad accident on another bike and ended up in my local trauma unit fighting to keep my right leg. I have been fighting back over the last 14 months with 5 surgeries, 20 days in the ICU, 4 ER visits, and 11 months of rehab so far. I have filled my non-riding days by watching all things ebike related and started rebuilding my Levo base model into a plush riding beast. I just healed enough to take it out into the local Arizona trails for a 15 mile ride and left my 19yr old son in my dust. The only thing that held me back was not being able to stand and get in the attack position. If i didn't grow up riding in the 90's with a fixed seat I probably would have had trouble being a saddle rider but it all quickly came back to me. I am so happy to finally be able to get off the Peleton and get back outside. Its great to be here and hope I can contribute to the forum.
