Are most Maxxis tyres foldable?

I got my hand on a few sets of minion dhf/dhr tires and I’m not certain how to tell if they’re foldable or not? They were all rammed into a box and now seem to have kinks all the way around them? Would a Kevlar bead appear to kink like that?

I’ve run a magnet round them, not magnetic. I’ve checked the Maxxis website and can’t see any 27.5x2.60 listed as having a wire bead, but the ones I have may be an older model?

I have only ever used one wire bead tyre and there was absolutely no confusing it with a Kevlar bead. But thanks to that single experience, I cannot give you half a dozen differences.
If you have kinks in the Kevlar tyres they should ease out if left laid flat in a warm room.
