Anyone recognise this bike?

I know it’s not the clearest of pics but it was shown on the EMBN bike vault today.
It appears to have 2 key slots in the frame so I’m assuming 2 batteries.

A neighbour of mine has the hardtail version, and has done some pretty epic rides on it, he managed a loop of the south and north downs that was about 80 miles.

So it looks like it can carry a battery in both down tube and top tube? Deffo liking this! Was just about to pull the trigger on a Nox...........dilemma!
