I bought my cube from them, had a problem when the rear hub disintegrated, took 5 maybe 6 weeks for them to return the bike. They said the problem was with getting parts from the supplier but there wasn’t much in the way of trying to work around the problem to get me back on the bike. In terms of returning the bike, once I made the initial call to tell them of the issue they collected the bike the next day no problem and at no cost to me. May have just been unlucky with the supply chain and was away over the summer a fair bit so wasn’t doing a large amount of complaining.
