DU-E8000 4.6.0‐ Adopted for Korean regulation (KATS Annex 40 - PAS)
from the Shimano site tells me SFA

As far as i can tell its related to meeting South Korean standards on electric motors. KATS is the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards.
