Keen to hear from any New Zealand owners of YT (Decoy's specifically) in terms of customer support, repairs, replacements etc...

Don't have one yet, but is my 1st pick over the Levo.

Yup, I have one. They are supported by dayzerobike.com over here. They have been pretty good, I’ve only needed a replacement derailleur hanger but it came really fast even during L3. I haven’t had any issues with the bike touchwood, and I love it. Levos are too common IMO.
