hello is there a anual service,for specialized levo 2019.My dealer says is anual mandatory...or you loose waranty.?

AFAIK there is no such requirement in manual or warranty terms & conditions, so I would say your LBS is b*llshi*ing you...

If you don't make (basic) maintanence by yourself then I would suggest you take it in and let them do it.

Thank's. But They saudades is for tighten pieces inside the motor.

LBS cannot do anything inside the motor - the motor is not servicable part, they can ony replace it if faulty.
