Amazon mtb trousers

Ok so I usually wear tracky bottoms with my golf waterproof trousers over the top but the hem is totally knackered as it gets caught in the chain. I have seen these, they are cheap so don’t expect much but I just need something water repellant really. Anyone had any good experiences with any of the trousers on Amazon?

Fleece lined, they will probably be hot and sweaty.
If you want some decent cheaper trousers have a look for some Regatta questra or highton trousers, often find them cheap on e-bay.
