Alu Turbo Levo 2019 frame detail

Hi everyone - getting a couple of Turbo Levo’s one carbon one alu - am I right in thinking the sidearm part (the asymmetric part) is closed on the carbon as I have seen some pictures on the alu ones where it appears that the asymmetrical bit is open with a plastic gubbins and then wires exposed to everything !

I hope this isn’t the case - as i might have to make an upgrade to the other half’s bike - has anyone got the base marine blue women’s bike to confirm or one of the alu 2019 ? In the shop I trialled they only had a carbon frame and I thought the frames would be the same with just a material difference not the gap

Not sure but why would it be an issue?

Thinking mud and gunk getting into it - exposed cables and the plastic bung at the bottom and then when you wash it - it becomes a water trap

As I said just looking for real world use from those who have the alu model - other half likes the colour and doesnt seem to bothered !
