Alps insurance

Advice please on insurance.
I've got a couple of trips abroad this year. The main, most demanding one is to samoens in the swiss alps.
I've just booked flights including my ebike minus the battery and now need some insurance.
Preliminary quotes are around £500 and that's before I tell them I have monkey pox and bird flu
Seems rather steep to me so any recommendations greatly appreciated. Also need to hire a battery if possible. And even need some transport for 3 bikes and riders.
This free accommodation offer I got is getting bloody expensive

Cheers #lazy I will have a nosy and I never gave my house insurance a thought. I did notice that the lift passes offer insurance to get you off the mountain so that must be worth doing.

They do aswell. I got the Insureandgo go silver plus dangerous sports last year for about £40 for the week !
