LCE930 is coming my way and is 185x55 trunnion, i can buy a super deluxe plus for it cheaply @ 185x52.5 will this matter?

Have a look at the Rockshox service guides. Depending on the model you should be able to remove the 2.5mm spacer that's reducing travel fairly easily. At least that seems to be the case for a 2023 SD Ultimate

Or if there is only one larger spacer in there, trim it down with a craft knife. It doesn't even have to be a perfectly smooth job.
