Advise/experience sought. Error code 500.

When you charge your bikes through the charging port, does your system/Kiox switches off when full charge reached? I remember that mine did eventually shut off.
Today however, I left to work and left the bike to charge. When I got home, the Kiox was still on. I unplugged the charger, and Kiox immediately displayed error code 500....
I switched it off, and no error code, the bike ran fine.
Question:
1. anybody had similar experience?
2. does you Kiox switch off when fully charged?

Both our 9.8 and 9.7 2021 turn the Kiox off after charging. And we have not had any error codes while charging or after for that matter. Both bike have close to 30 charge cycles not all from empty. Hope this helps.
