Advice for a newbie

Looking for some brand advice on a bike for myself. I recently moved to the Victorian High Country, Australia, and would like to get out on some of the cruisey trails, as well as be able to head to some of the nearby towns. Looking to spend up to around $3,000. Suggestions on a decent, entry level emtb would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

99 Bikes have the cube reaction hybrid pro for $2995 ATM its a hardtail but I like mine nice easy trails with no big jumps. love the 85nm bosch motor. the 400 battery I bet approx 40-50kms on it depending where I go but change the tyres

Do you mean this one... Cube Reaction Hybrid Performance 400 Electric Mountain Bike Grey (2022). It's saying the Pro 400 is $3,498.00

sorry it was this Cube Reaction Hybrid Performance 400 Electric Mountain Bike Grey (2022) which is mine but coil forks and 9 speed and 65NM motor, looks like its $3500 for mine, air forks ( mine are ok for what I do) 85NM motor and 11 spd cassette, worth a look though still, I just did an 18km lap in my local trails and was great
