Recently got a 2020 Levo Comp with 700wh battery. I have had it for around 5 weeks and have ridden it a fair bit but after the last two charges, the battery is showing 100% charged but only 640wh in Blevo when I start the ride in the live screen?

When I look at the ride output after the ride, the battery summary is showing - start 100% (700wh).

Any ideas @PaoloBLEvo ?

By the look of your statistics I can’t see where you’re loosing power, over 4000f of climbs and over 20 miles on 48% Is great. It may be glitch in the matrix, and the way the power is viewed by the app. I’d call Morpheus. not very helpful I know. But good stats.

It is very odd, stats look good but the real-time ride app is different. I will try to take a photo later. Thanks.

If your bike is charging and working well, I would not be concerned about the data viewed on an app. Voltage discrepancy between bms and ant+ apps will be common as calibration methods differ between factory and 3rd party providers.

Your battery health status is a good indicator to the state of your cells.
