Hey guys,
My M600 has progressively gotten louder and louder and is now at a point where it sounds like I'm riding a motorbike. This is the second one I've had since July 2021. I reckon I should be a tester for Bafang.
The shop pulled the motor apart, cleaned it, greased it and put it back together. The motor was full of the brown metallic claggy crap which was cleaned out. After pulling both sides of the engine off and still not helping the noise, I reckon the sound is coming from the "bottom bracket" - the spindle where the cranks attach. It's a crunchy grinding noise. Can this area be serviced or pulled apart? It appears that there is some circlips that can be removed but the shop didn't want to pull it apart any further.
I have some video but can not upload it here!
Cheers,
Chris
