Hi newbie here I have searched the forum but couldn’t find any info
I have the 2019 Levo
Are any of you running 27.5 wheels?
If so how are you finding it ?
What width tyres have you put on ?
Thanks J

Hello, I’m running 27,5+ wheels on a 2019 Levo. (27,5x2,8)
I only have 2 short rides on it, but I like it.
The only problem is that the bb is a little low (34cm) even using a 170mm fork and the FlipChip in “High” position.

Running the -19 Levo with Suomi Fat Freddie 3.0" studded tyres will probably be okay and won't drop the BB much, but I guess most people here don't run studded :)

I just installed it to see if it would fit, that rear tyre is soo big, almost the same height as the original 29x2.6. I didn't get the chance to ride it unfortunately, because of the wheelsensor magnet integration in the 6-bolt disc rotor. The 27.5 wheel is centerlock. I'll see if I have time to install a 6-bolt adaptor and move the rotor/magnet before the bike goes back.

I have a wheelset that I used on a Stumpjumper, they are Duroc 50 wheels with high rollers II 27.5 x 3.0, I have tried them for clearance and fit with plenty of room fore and aft, I guess I will try them in the near future, I need to swap the rotor, magnet and cassette for the rear, the front is ready. They should transform the Levo into a monster truck! The only thing is that I do not seem to be lacking any traction with the original wheelset

my 2017 came with 27.5 x 3.0 purgatory's and it does feel like a monster truck. with no tubes and sagged out to 18lbs psi, those big tires flex and crawl over anything. i've got a hillbilly on the front and a 2.8 butcher on the rear now for winter and it's very different. running 22lbs of pressure and it feels like it's on rails. but, it doesn't smash through the world the same way like it did on those big balloons.
