Unanswered 203mm Rotor upgrades

Hi all, looking to reduce braking fade when on long downhills. I am thinking since fading is usually a result of heat, that a larger rotor may help. My Orbea Rise M20 came with 180mm rotors front and back.

I believe I've found the correct adapter for the front (Shimano SM-MA-F203 P/PM), but am wondering if anyone has a part number for the back?

Also, rotors appear to be center locks...I see Shimano XTR rotors for $65 and Tektro rotors for $30. Anyone have any experience with the cheaper Tektros?

If the Tektro is made in the same way as the cheap Shimano's, stamped out plate of steel, leave them, you don't need the XTR's , the other Ice-Tech disc's from Shimano are also very good.
