First and easiest swap is the rear shock. Got a great deal on new old stock DHX2 ($199) and the orange coil. Easy swap and changed the chip to L for the more slack HTA. I really like these shocks, have been on them now for a while and maybe as much as anything is that I know what it does under most of my common riding conditions. We have an extra Float Factory X2 kicking around (all our bikes now are this same shock size) in the garage so I may give that a few rides at some point.
Next up, Manitou Mezzer fork, which I may set to 170 although I was happy enough with the new geo when I took it out last week. Then carbon wheelset once some new rotors arrive (have TRP thick rotors on all my wheels). Still thinking brakes, turns out I have the Deore which are straight not banjo style and so if I put on XTR I would need to pull new hoses, and at that point I would just go to TRP DH EVO since I have those on the other bikes. The Deore 4 pistons are not that bad so maybe I leave those on for a while.
