I got the email from Whyte a couple of days ago. It’s a nice bit of kit and a good price. But my bank balance says NO.
Bit saying that I would not want to get rid of my 150RS.

Couple of our riding pals have 160's Never hear a bad word about them. This looks like it's a little on the big bruiser side for routine trail bashing but a bit of a bargain for the right riders.

I got the email....it is a phenominal bargain. Virtually the same spec as my 2024 E160 RSX except of course for longer travel suspension...and Factory rather than Performance elite. I had a 2020 E180RS and partnered that with a 2022 E160 RSX. The E180RS was a similar spec to the new bike except no transmission AXS. I actually found the E160 RSX better balanced, nearly as capable as the E180 downhill but far more capable climbing and on uphill tech. Not sure if the new E180 has the the same frame/geo as the older RS or whether it is an updated frame.
Regardless if someone wants a long travel super enduro bike, the E180 RSX will not disappoint and the price is a steal!!
