Gday Gwyneth,

I am interested in getting a TEC pack for my Planet 9.2 Focus ebike - only problem is that I'm in Perth, Western Australia.
I was wondering if your TEC pack is still available? Have you had much interest in it? Is there any chance you'd be flexible on posting it?

I'm also really keen to know how it works? Do you just plug it into the charging port on the bike, and it keeps the bike battery charged while you're riding? Or do you have to stop for the TEC to recharge the bike?
And can you recharge both the TEC and the bike together, or do they need separate chargers?

Appreciate any advice / experience you can offer!
