2022 Trance e+1 6A error

I've got the 6A error / speed sensor problem, anyone share any info please?

Bike has not been tampered with and performed flawlessly since new in September 2022 and then just out of warranty October 2024 it stops working

Verify if the magnet on the rotor is clean just in case, otherwise if I remember correctly a 6A error will cost you a visit to a Giant dealer to have the motor reprogrammed.

Ask your LBS, they will reset the error by OBD tool.

It looks as if this is a software fault caused by a Giant update and yes the motor has to go back to Giant
