Hey gang, I have finished up the replacement plugs. Pictures below, They are printed out of PETG which is more heat resistant and they use one of the o rings from our underwater housings that are rated to 100 meters. I am not saying this is waterproof but I have yet to see any water get past the o ring. It snaps into place and has a hole oriented vertically to insert a small allen key for ease of removal. I have over 100 miles on the latest design with no issues. We currently only have dark blue but can probably do black in the next couple of weeks once the material shows up.
I have done my best to keep it as low profile as possible while still being robust. I would advise removing the four small allen bolts, remove the remaining rubber cover if yours broke or the entire cover if its still intact and then attach the bolts, do not over tighten them the square port is plastic.
They are $25 for a pair, I would always have a spare in your kit in case you forget one at home after charging and do not realize until you are on the ride.
