2022 Norco Range VLT

Anyone else having the intermittent no power issue with their 2022 Norco Range VLT? Bike sometimes will not power on and you have to plug back into the charger to reset something and then the bike will power on. It only happens some times but is really annoying. Nothing worse than driving to the trails to have the bike not power on. I would not recommend purchasing Norco VLT bikes with the new design until they figure out this issue and fix it.

I have a Sight VLT and while this has not happened for me, the magnetic coupling of the battery worries me a little. Gotta be a potential issue with the magnetic terminals picking up stray crap that interferes with the connection. Have you checked and cleaned the connections?

Hi mate I’m going through the same issue so you have any fixes? I have been given a new battery but no fix.

Only way I have found is to plug it back into the charger, let it charge, then disconnect and try to power it on. Most of the time this works. Problem is that you don't have your charger at the trailhead. I've been testing the bike in my garage before I head out to the trails. I will admit it hasn't happened in a while. But it is super annoying when it does.
