A friend took his 2022 Levo to a Specialized to have the circumference adjusted to the smallest setting for a bit of a speed boost. The dealer told him there is a new firmware update that 1) prevents dealers from changing the circumference now and 2) that any circumference change settings are permanently recorded and if set to the smallest size will potentially void the warranty.
My bike is set to the smallest circumference by a dealer, so will this truly void my warranty? It was done by a dealer and I can argue that I had no idea… Just looking to see if I’m SOL or not.
Thanks!
