Is it correct that the 2022 Levo Comp alloy weighs 24kg (without pedals)?
What does the 700Wh battery weigh?
And can one retrofit the TCU mastermind on the bike (it seems to be delivered with the simpler 10 ledbar display)?

700Wh battery weights about 3850g.
Yes, alloy comes withTCU1, can be retrofitted with TCU2 if you can get it somewhere...

TCU2 not retrofittable, except your dealer uses for activation a serialnumber from another bike. Then your bike will have a wrong S/N 🫤 Turbo studio now only activates TCU2 when Serialnumber comes from a valid TCU2-Bike

No they want to upsell you to a carbon model, especially if you have a gen 2....want the mastermind, must spend $9k. Much better margin for them than selling $200 tcus
