Hey guys, I've recently got my 21 comp levo managed to get out on a couple of rides and am finding the suspension a tad soft have got sag on fork right and am running less sag on shock bottoming both quite easily. I am going to fit another spacer to fork and bigger spacer in shock to see if this helps im 86kg for reference has anyone else found this also and how have you set the bike up ? I normally ride more aggressive trails

I’ve just got the same bike. For the rear I found it came with a 0.8 volume spacer in the shock, which I think is the max size... BUT it also came with 2x volume spacers in the negative chamber, whew! Removing neg chamber spacers, increasing the negative chamber volume, will help, but after removing the negative volume spacer(s) you will Need to increase the air pressure you run. Stick with a constant sag value...
I am light but ride pretty hard. With this OEM compression stack I found that removing just one of the negative volume spacers did the trick.
but it feels to me like there’s a hefty low speed damping coefficient probably related to a ring shim which I might remove..or move up the stack if possibe... and after a revalve I anticipate having no negative spacers in the mix.

But yeah, ditch at least one of those negative volume spacers.

i havent tried the fork at all. Went straight to a Lyrik.

Reset up suspension other day am running 15 sag on fork and 25 on shock and sped up rebound on both is alot better I have 225psi in shock and 90 in fork, rode a grade 5 and was surprised how well it handled it was very steep off camber and covered in roots, before I chnage anything more I need to ride it more as it is

Did removing the negative spacer have much of a feel difference ?

I wonder if they all have the max size volume spacer ?

I just found that Cascade Components makes linkage for our bikes. I also found that LinkageDesign blog has a report on our bikes as well. From the factory the leverage progression is about 12%. Which is far too low for my liking. The Cascade linkage bumps that to about 22% which is sufficient (25%-30% is my sweet spot)
The new link also bumps the travel and does both without affecting the geometry. I’m definitely going to give that a try. I’m still bottoming out far too often and haven't really hit anything big yet.

Yeah removing the negative volume spacers made a big difference. Went from almost unridable to “passable if I land nicely.”
