Well got the new Sam² 6.9 on Thursday afternoon and dam this is some bike. It's everything Rob said it was and some.
So had cushcore fitted f and r and changed brakes to formula cura4 with a 220mm rotor up front as these are what I've been running on my other bikes, Changed the seat out to a SQlabs 60x and grips to SQlab 70x.
The large frame came with a 450lbs spring which I thought was fairly lite for a L bike and 26kg.
So for info for others I'm about 105kg (haven't weighed myself for sometime) and ended up with a 600lbs spring. Not much to say about the forks apart from absolutely blown away! Need a few towels but Dam they are good.
So for all you out there thinking about the wieght figure, once is rolling you'll not notice it. I've been riding it just as I would my V4 nomad and jumps off all the small stuff with ease.
If anyone wants any more info or pics to help them decide about getting one
