Mission Control 2020 Turbo Levo Device Update Warning Message

The Mission Control app for my 2020 Turbo Comp is showing a warning message in Device Update about a firmware update that has to be done by the Specialized retailer. Does anyone know what this is about? Will the retailer charge me?

No, they shouldn't be any charge for a specilized dealer to do this, its free.
