Kenevo Gen1 2020 Kenevo engine protection

Hi guys. Just bough the 2021 Kenevo Expert, triple crown fork and the Rockshox Super Deluxe Select Plus for rear schock. Comparing with my old 2019 Kenevo, i notice that it hits the ground in very harsh conditions , like climing some steeper stairs. Off course is not the normal use, but my question is if in the future will also hit some rocks on the trails. Some experiences on this? It is worthwhile to mount an engine protector?
