2020 E160 8000 Spare battery

Planning a few big multi day rides and a spare battery is going to help things. Bike has the e8036 630WH battery in it but they look to be out of stock or priced through the roof at the moment. Seen a few of the e8035 540WH batteries available though which would probably do me. Are the e8035/e8036 the same dimensions/connectors etc and will fit in the bike or do I need to stick with the e8036 battery? TIA

No completely different sizes. Small one is 504w and larger is 630w. Both wrapped in neoprene if yer wondering

Apparently can get as much as another 10% battery life in colder rides. Just never gotten round to removing from colder months, lazy a55

You could get the 8035-L which has the same shape as the 8036. It's the straight 8035 that won't fit. The 8035-L will.

Thanks Gordon. Think I've found an 8036 available for a fair price in Germany now and they'll ship.

Just in case anyone else is looking. The bt-e8036 batteries have had a restock in UK today.
