2019 levo battery not charging past 54%

Hey folks!

Before i call the LBS i thought id ask if any 2019 levo owners have had any issues with batteries not charging past 54%?
The charger reads a green light so its assuming its fully charged. The app reads that the battery is 100% healthy so im not such which is goosed...im thinking charger! But id thought id throw up a post to see if anyone has had similar issue.

Are you sure it didn’t get unplugged at the battery while charging? The charger light is green when unplugged. Got my friend once. Apparently the dog bumped it before fully charged. At least that’s what he’s blaming it on
