2019 Levo back spin crank noise

Anyone get the noise of a 1970's grinding skateboard bearing coming from the motor when you backpedal your bike? My Levo is 1 month old and yesterday started to make an awful noise like dirt is jammed in there somewhere, but the bike is super clean

This is pretty sad that such a new bike still has this issue just a month in, Spesh said they will cover it, but I guess i'll be in every month for a new motor?
