Thank for sending the link. Ha that was way too easy.. didn't need to take anything apart. Just a few short knocks to the left and its good as new. Taking it apart wasn't a total waste, it needed cleaning. :) Thx
Hey Guys,
I had a high speed root slide out crash and landed on my right grip. Now the lock block has twisted and I can't get it to straighten? Any suggestions.
Here's a picture of the misalignment.
How do you remove it to put it back in straight? it won't twist Back.
Please help.
Thanks
Barty.
I've only ridden the Shimano and Rocky Powerplay motors but I found the less torque on the Shimano actually makes for a smoother ride experience. Shifting and cadence seem to be the key for keeping/getting up to speed.
As for jumping: Flip the Chip to the high setting and increase your rebound...
Mine started to creak when out of the saddle as well.
I discovered that it was the cranks. They were dirty and a little loose. I cleaned them up and tighten them down and its all good now.

and who said E-mtb's are for lazy people.. I'm exhausted!
My Yari did the same thing when I got it. It was sitting 10% in its travel and when I would started riding it would sag down to 50%.

Thanks Ziscwg!
I've already upgraded the debonair and it made a huge difference. I should have had them upgrade the travel while they were at it. Rookie mistake.
It's really easy to do. Just undo the bolt and pull it out. The flip chips will fall out or you can pop them out and Flip each chip on both sides, then put the shock bolt back in and tighten and you are done.
Hey Dave,
I'm 5'10" and got the large - I shortened the stem to 35mm and put the flip in High setting and now it feels just like my Medium Norco Range. Playful and poppy.
Cheers
Barty.
Hey Guys,
I've seen people comment on increasing their forks to 170mm and a few even to 180mm.
If I go 180mm will it mess the Geometry up too much?
What are your thoughts and experiences on this?
Much appreciated!
Barty
Hey There,

1) You say you needed new adapters? Could you just add an extra spacer on the bolt to make up the extra 3mm?
2) How difficult was it to install the rear brake? Any steps/tips would help...
