Yes I agree. the Rear brake is the culprit. I've resorted to moving it over and using 2 fingers to get enough power to get them to stop. Looking for Zee's or Saints now.
Be sure to download the latest firmware and adjust the modes using ESteps
Knocking - Check all the bolts and make sure your axles are all tight (my rear comes loose sometimes)
Check your rebound for the clunks!
UPDATE:
1) Debonair Upgrade is so worth it on the YARI - Everyone needs to do this if you have the Base model.
2) Custom Decoy Ridewrap installed- Takes a while and I didn't do the best job but at least the Decoy is protected
3) New SQLab 12deg Bar and Chromag stem installed - First ride today...
Hey Chuch,
One main factor to consider is your leg length. I love 29'er but I have short legs and i kept getting the rear tire 29'er buzz job. I''ve been waiting for a mullet bike with the correct geom and the Decoy is perfect.
The 29 front rolls over everything and the 27.5 rear doesn't buzz...
High Setting Flip Chip Report: (After 2 rides)
I really like the high setting for the technical trails here on the North Shore and I notice it has more pop on the slower drops as well which helps overall. I haven't had any pedal strikes since the flip which is great. On Fast DH sections I...
My longest ride is 30km with 1500m of climbing on Mt Seymour, but most rides I do are 20-25 kms and I usually get home with 2 bars left on the battery. Last week I even towed my 11 year all the way up to CBC on the road and finished with 20kms on the ride and even then I still had 2 bars. If...
Excellent Thanks - I just picked up some on Amazon for $12 CND. There is enough in the roll to make a lot of mistakes or start a business!! haha

Hey Decoy'ers!
So I upgraded to the 2020 Fox Float X2 and was wondering about how the other X2 owners have it set-up.
Anyone make changes or running different settings that are working for the extra weight of the bike?
I found this as a starting reference from Fox:
Recommended Damper Settings...
Sweet!
1 ) I just got the Base Decoy and the first upgrade was 2021 Debonair upgrade for the Yari. It was essential, inexpensive and makes a huge difference. I'm considering Upgrading the Damper 2.1 but haven't done that yet.
2) Ridewrap - Custom wrap for the Decoy. Just arrive so it's not...
Hey Guys,
Is anyone running the Decoy in the Flip Chip High Setting?
In technical terrain I'm having a lot of pedal strikes and I'm sure the high setting will help but was wondering how different the Decoy will handle at low speed and high speed?
Thanks in advanced for the advice!
Cheers
