Might just be my technical ineptitude but but after ordering what I thought was the correct switch (E7000 - L) it has a different connection than is required for my computer.... Seems I also need the EW-AD305 adaptor now?
Bike is a Vitus E-Sommet VRS listed with the Shimano EM800 computer and...
Thanks Gordon.
If the plugs are easy to pull out / plug in then I’m all set. I’ve actually sheared the plastic shift ‘buttons’ off! I think I can get the new unit, unplug the existing shifter and remove it, replace with new shifter and just plug in the existing wire?
Unfortunately had a wee incident which means I need to replace the E7000 assist toggle switch on my bike.
My questions is whether this is an easy plug it in and go scenario or is there bit more 'wiring in' or 'programming' to be done? Any advice appreciated!
Cheers

spoke to CRC yesterday. They “hope” to get mine built this week but couldn’t say for sure. I’d say middle of next week is likely but I’m hoping earlier.
Hey @Cisco any further update on how the new bikes going? Particularly the rear shock-I have the chance to pick one up so wondered if you had any feedback? Did you use a spring calculator?
@p3eps where are you in Scotland? I am really interested in the Levo SL but have only seen one in my region and not heard of any other XL's which is the size I would need!
Thanks for that - think your riding may be comparable to mine here in Cairngorms. Im considering the Kenevo Comp with the 1.2e motor (250w) and 460Wh battery. I'll be around 110-115kg with gear so think I'll need to be in eco mode most of the time for 30-40km rides....
I am looking the 'new' Kenevo Comp seriously - only concern is the comments folk have made about the 1.2 motor issues. Is there any indication that it has been revised to improve it?
Even if there were issues surely it is a straightforward warranty situation given that it seems to be a known thing?
