Purion display goes out while cycling.
First the trip counter goes to zero and later the whole display goes out.
Suddenly the display comes on again with the correct trip distance but after a few kms the same again.
Could this be due to the battery in the display?

Not much climbing flat conditions here in the Dutch,but most in tour and between 25-35kmh.
Battery has done 2600km .
I think the speed above the legal 25 takes a lot more battery consumption.

I am curious how many km you Guys do with the 625w battery and the 85nm motor.
My self mostly in tour mode and a little above the max 25kmh ( chipped ) can do between 45 and 50 km.
My weight 75 kg and my bike Moterra 2.
The bike with wheels from the ground.
When turning the pedals by hand with the motor activated the display goes black and after a second its on again.
When biking no problems.
Bosch gen 4 85nm update done.
Is this a known problem or a error?
Somebody else who has noticed this.

Hy on my normal bike i use oval chainring from absolute black.
Now i have to replace my drive train and want to use an oval in front fore the same pedaling feel.
Is there somebody with some experience ?

And today error 504 appears at start of my planned bike trip.
No way to reset and I dont want to bike for 90 min in limp.
So removed chip but no result.
Go to my lbs for a reset and read out my bike this evening.

i am using the Speedchip V3 for over 1000+ now and no error 504
The chips lifts the speed limit up to 35kmh and that is enough for fun riding on trails.

Still ride my hardtail Apex when riding flat with my friends.
Hardtail is faster on the flat tracks around my house.
Have the Moterra 2 for 3 months now 1000km.
I live in the Netherlands, before I had a Scott Genius 920.
We don,t have real mountains here but some small hills with nice tracks.
I bought it because of its carbon frame instead of the E-Genius.
The bike feels really well en not much different to...
My bike shop did the same.
Speed should be correct and distance to.
Top speed no difference.
I think speed is limited from the amount of puls from the speed sensor.
The wheelsize only a correction of the speedometer.

how is the new gen 4 Bosch motor measure the speed.
My bike was over reading I think for 2 km.
Power was assisting about 26-27 at display.
Now we have set the wheel size to the minimum.
Speed and distance looks better now 40km ride on display is now 39,4 on gps.
Only thing power assist...
